    Hey, I would like to request the corporation to PLEASE, develop the road reserve that exist in Centeno Trace PLuck Road San Francique. Its a road reserve of 33 feet, and it provides access to lands which i would like to receive both water and lights immediately. The road is not passable because of hills existing and persons are trying to build in the middle of the road. Please deal with this matter urgently. A road is a road whether private or public.
